It's Complicated

There is so much to talk about, MDA Camp, school, leaving Bountiful, starting a new chapter in my life, my empty room, an awesome campout, my empty room, my parents becoming empty nesters.. But that is all gonna have to wait, today it is all about Mitch Daugherty!

Tomorrow my husband leaves on a mission to Managua, Nicaragua. This complicates our marriage a little bit! Sadly, we are taking a break for the next two years. But on a serious note one of my best friends is leaving. I am so excited for him and so proud of him and so happy that he is making the right choice, but at the same time I am really going to miss him! He is such a great kid and will be one kick butt missionary! I can't wait to hear about all of his stories and adventures in Nicaragua.

I don't even know how to begin how much Mitch has influenced my life. I am so grateful for all he has done for me and I am SO happy we met at MDA Camp last year. I honestly don't know what I would do without him! For any of you who didn't know Mitch, I'm sorry, because he is truly an amazing person.

I am definitely going to miss our many adventures! And I know that Mileaha will too! But I know there will be many new adventures to come!

These two years will go by so fast, but so slow at the same time. It's crazy to think how many of my friends are leaving on missions! It's also crazy that Elder Dallas Hileman has almost been out a year and I am so excited for him to come home!

Well in short, good luck Elder Mitchell Daugherty! You'll do great! I love you and you will be greatly missed!

Ready or Not...

Just a little update (because, according to Jacob Sewak, I don't blog enough).

Well it's official, I've started packing for school...

I've bought most of my books.

I'm registered for classes.

I've toured the campus.

I bought all the school supplies I will ever need.

I have a laptop and printer and all that jazz.

I have an apartment, and it's been paid for.

I move in in a week from tomorrow...

BYU, ready or not, here I come!
